Our Solution Story

In 2022, Trinity partnered with dB Integrations to upgrade and modernize the audio-visual capabilities at the football and baseball stadiums. Their goal was to create an experience that would excite and engage fans, while using a system that was run by students and other volunteers.

Trinity Christian School is a fully-accredited, non-denominational, preschool through 12th grade, private school in Sharpsburg, GA. Trinity enrolls more than 1,600 students who participate in 21 sports. The school has won 19 state championships in high school varsity athletics.

The existing system for Trinity was muddy and underpowered. Play-by-play announcements could not be understood by fans and music was distorted and thin, even at low levels.
dB designed a system that is energetic and crystal clear across the entire stadium for both music and voice.

The dB Integrations performed an acoustic model to determine the best audio system for each stadium. At the football stadium, dB chose and installed four Danley loudspeakers alongside two Danley subwoofers on the existing light poles to provide a full range of sound covering the bleachers on both sides of the field. A fifth Danley speaker was mounted on the rear of the press box to provide booming audio for the “Lion Walk” as players entered the stadium from the locker rooms. Two Danley compact loudspeakers are mounted to the front of the pressbox to provide additional sound coverage in the center of the home bleachers. Audio is controlled through an Allen & Heath digital mixing system and is powered by Dynacord amplifiers.

dB Integrations installed a similar system at the baseball stadium with two Danley full-range loudspeakers and a single Danley subwoofer mounted on light poles. The system is controlled by a Yamaha Digital Mixing Console and includes a wireless microphone system.

LED Video Board · Camera System · Live Streaming · Instant Replay

Trinity wanted capabilities to show highlights and instant replays. dB partnered with Fair-play to build a 32 ft. x 18 ft. LED video board that was installed above the recently purchased Fixed-Digit scoreboard as well as static advertising panels that surround both.
dB added a broadcast video system, including cameras, streaming, and instant replay capabilities. These additions gave Trinity the ability to show live video during games as well as generate revenue through fixed advertising and video advertisements during games.

Trinity’s new capabilities help create the ultimate fan experience and reflect the success of their program to give fans a big-league experience. New audio and video technologies increased fan engagement as well as the athlete experience.
