Annual Maintenance Plans
Since 1988, dB Integrations has designed, installed, and supported audio, video, lighting, and control systems for houses of worship, schools and universities, stadiums, municipalities, and businesses across Georgia and the Southeast. We’ve always believed the relationship doesn’t end when the install is finished. dB Care is how we keep that promise, day after day and year after year.
A microphone breaks after service on a Sunday. A video display goes dark during a board meeting. A lighting cue doesn’t fire on opening night of the musical. AV issues rarely give you advance notice. They show up at the worst possible moment in front of your congregation, students, fans, and clients.
dB Care is designed to prevent those from ever happening. Instead of waiting for something to break, we help you stay ahead of potential problems with preventative maintenance on your system and equipment.
A dB Integrations engineer comes on-site to review your systems from end to end. We test your audio, video, lighting, and control equipment, confirm everything is performing as it should, and catch small issues before they become big ones. It’s also the perfect time to ask questions, whether you have new staff or volunteers, new needs, or just want to get more out of your system.
As part of your plan, we recommend setting up secure remote access to your system for our team (for an additional one-time setup fee). When something goes wrong, just call us. If you have remote access, our team can connect directly, diagnose the issue, and in many cases solve it on the spot without the need to wait for an engineer to arrive. If an on-site visit is needed, we’ll already know what’s wrong and come prepared.

Basic: Essential piece of mind. An annual in-person check-up plus two remote support calls ideal for systems that see light, predictable use.
Bronze: Twice-a-year visits and unlimited remote support. A great fit for churches, schools, and offices that rely on their systems every week and want help whenever they need it.
Silver: Three visits a year and unlimited remote support for busy facilities where downtime is not an option.
Gold: Our most comprehensive plan. Quarterly visits and unlimited remote support for high-traffic venues and mission-critical spaces that need to perform daily.

An engineer reviews your system on-site, tests your equipment, makes sure everything is working as it should, and answers any questions you or your team have.
For a one-time setup fee, we can set up a secure connection to your system as part of your plan. When you call for help, our team can access the system directly to diagnose and, in many cases, resolve the issue.
We’ll schedule an on-site visit. Because we’ve already diagnosed the issue, we’ll arrive with the right parts and a plan. (Additional fees may be charged for replacement gear and installation if not under warranty.)
Yes. You can move up a tier at any time.
